It's very easy, borswer the categories (in left menu), add products to cart by using yellow "add to cart" button. On the top-right corner you can see how much products you have in your cart. If you want check out click that link, sign up new account and follow the instructons.

Of course that it is because you don't need never to enter your credit card number, all payments are made by paypal. We get your money in the same way as e.x. ebay.com auctions.
Some of products has "call" status, what does it mean?
